Procurement
We put great emphasis on the procurement of our food items. The supply houses providing raw materials to us are honorable and most dependable. Strictest norms of quality control are next thing that helps us to keep our services unmatched at all times. Finally, purchase officers who are respectable, having knowledge and skill, inspect all items and announce emphatically them as fit for consumption; we serve them to our prestigious clients. - Taking inventory of raw material at store.
- Making tentative requirement accordingly.
- Procurement list to be arranged.
- Order the material to respected suppliers.
- Procurement & checking quality, quantity & exp Date.
- Dispatch the purchases to the warehouse.
- Ready for supplies with FIFO methods.
Note: Fresh vegetables and fruits will be obtained and supplied on the same day to different locations, as per the stated requirements.
Storing
Durability and perishability are a prominent concern during the storing process. All non-perishable provisions are stored keeping in mind their shelf life. Perishable items such as meat and frozen products are freshly procured from the market and frozen suitably to make sure that they are fresh for consumption.
In order to maintain persistent services, devoid of interruptions, we maintain sufficient stock of all items. Even the occurrence of an event causing our supply of goods to come to a halt, will not cause us to discontinue our services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Distribution
Distribution involves conveyance of goods back and forth from the warehouse with lot of attention given to preservation of food quality. Transportation of fresh fruits, vegetables are handled with utmost care, with wide ample space aired vehicles. Frozen food items like fish, meat, and chicken are also stored and transported in chiller vans to keep its freshness.
When it comes to delivery of food items at different locations, we take utmost care that items reach their destinations on time and in good condition. For this purpose we use vehicles which are kept in good condition and can be used for multiple usages. To ascertain safe and prompt delivery, even in adverse weather condition, Saraf’s transportation system is always worth mentioning.
