ACQUISITION OF AN INSTALLATION OVERNIGHT
Situation
Typically, a mobilization plan for taking over an installation takes 21 days as a fit-out period to ensure supplies and manpower meet requirements. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a client required us to take over three of their rigs, accommodating a POB (Personnel on Board) of around 210, for complete facility management services—including catering, housekeeping, laundry, pest control, and electrical and plumbing services—overnight.
